Spring is a very busy time for Shep Brown’s service department. To assure that we provide the proper service, we are now making it easier by emailing the service department your Spring Launch information, refer to your 2017 SPRING LAUNCH NOTICE you received at time of Winter Storage.- BE SURE YOU GET AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM THE SERVICE DEPT. THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR REQUEST.If you do not have email you can still mail in your 2017 SPRING LAUNCH NOTICE as you have in the past.
Which ever way you choose to contact the service department keep in mind that –
BOATS WILL NOT BE LAUNCHED WITHOUT HAVING RECEIVED NOTICE AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR LAUNCH DATE. PHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
It is very important that the date you provide us is accurate. Boats which are not picked up on the date requested will be taken out of the water at the owner’s expense.
Please be aware that early April start-ups can be dangerous to your boat due to the unpredictability of the weather, i.e. ice, snow and cold temperatures.
To customers with past due accounts: WE MUST RECEIVE PAYMENT of your account in full, at least two (2) weeks prior to your spring launch. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Summer storage fees will be incurred for any boat that is not removed from storage for at least three weeks. Trailers left on the premises during the summer months will incur storage charges.
