Corn on the Cob

What’s the one food that just screams summer? A must have at any BBQ. Corn on the Cobb of course!! And we have the perfect way to grill this summer time must have!

How to cook Corn on the Cob on the grill:

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Corn on the cob
  • Olive oil or Butter
  • Salt, pepper, OR Corn of the Cobb Seasoning by Urban Accent (I found these fantastic Seasoning Blends at the Hannaford Supermarket in Gilford NH)
  • Non-Stock Tin Foil

Instructions:

  1. Remove the corn from the husks
  2. Put each cob on the foil.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil or spread with a light coating of softened butter. Sprinkle with or choice of seasonings. Roll up in the foil. Do this until all of the corn is covered in foil.
  4. Place on the grill over medium heat for about 20 minutes turning occasionally, to keep from getting to dark. Cook until you can poke the carn easily with a fork.
  5. Make sure you are careful when removing corn from foil – these are hot!
